Ethan is a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, working toward his goal of joining the prestigious Wisconsin School of Business as a Real Estate major—ranked the #1 undergraduate real estate program by U.S. News & World Report (2026). Before transferring to UW–Madison, Ethan studied at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where he built a strong foundation in business and discovered his passion for real estate.
That passion runs deep. As a third-generation professional in real estate brokerage and development, Ethan proudly follows in the footsteps of his late grandfather and father. Real estate is not just a career for him—it is a family tradition that inspires his commitment to excellence and integrity.
Ethan brings hands-on experience as a Nevada real estate salesperson with Saunders Realty, where he works on both residential and commercial transactions. Ethan is excited to combine that real-world experience with his education at UW–Madison to make a meaningful impact in the industry.
